“I have always been brought up to believe that I have an opportunity to be a part of the development of my country.  The prospect of playing such a role, the satisfaction of seeing how my efforts help in the country’s progression, and the benefits I feel reaped by the people of my country has been my driving force for the last 60 years.  I think it is important for others to realize the opportunities available to them, and the return our nation has to offer especially with the current economic growth of the country.

After decades of instability, civil war, inflation and economic uncertainty, the country is finally beginning to find its feet.  It is clear that the economic growth currently being experienced in Sudan is unprecedented in all manners of the word.  Return on investment in all sectors is showing continuous growth, making the country increasingly attractive to foreign investment, and now more appropriately for Sudanese Expatriates.  By looking at the GDP growth of 10% last year, you clearly realize the opportunities available in Sudan.

The Real Estate industry in Sudan is one area that has seen extraordinary growth over the last few years.  The increased influx of expatriates and foreign nationals has seen demand for accommodation across the capital sky rocket.  This has made investment in real estate and property a low risk with high return, and highly attractive sector.  The safety net offered by the owning of realizable assets at any time, has led me to invest heavily in this industry over the last few years, and my most advisable area for any investor wishing to become apart of the world of opportunities that has become of the Sudan.”
